Banner Program Application 

 Agreement

1. I will receive 50% of set up fee + 10% monthly residual commissions from any virtual server 300 MB package when SpringWeb make a sell from my referral banners. I agree that I will receive commission on main server package up to two years as long as the client that I brought in stay with SpringWeb.virtual web site hosting service website providers, Japan, UK, England JAVA webspace, FrontPage98, Linux, UNIX, Apache servers, domain name registration, website marketer, websit hostin, CGI, CGI-bin, rental internet services web site designers, presence Domains, perl, USA, US, America, Italy, ISP, Australia, Asia design

2. I am an independent contractor for Springweb. I will not claim myself as an employee of Springweb or Silver Palace International LLC. I will be responsible for declaring my income from the commission bonuses to the IRS, myself.

3. I agree that any customer that I refer to Springweb will be a SpringWeb customer

4. If I desire to leave Springweb, I will send a letter to inform Springweb in writing by e-mail or post mail.

5. I will get a monthly commission bonus check on the 15th of the month following the month I worked on the commission bonus. I will inform the company if I do not receive the commission bonus in a timely manner.

6. I acknowledge that no spam e-mail will be sent regarding Springweb opportunities or services. If anyone complains about this, Springweb will have the right to stop my contact with SpringWeb.

7. If I have any complaint about Springweb. I will inform Springweb and attempt to resolve the problem. I will not complain to any association without discussing the problem with Springweb.

8. If I am not a US resident, I agree to SpringWeb deducting $10 from each of my commission bonus drafts for shipping and handling.

9. If I buy a server and sign up for SpringWeb Easy Banner Program. I agree to put the banner on at least one of my main page.
